We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to help design, build, and optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure that power our multi-strategy market-neutral fund. You’ll work across research, execution, and on-chain systems, directly contributing to alpha generation and fund scalability.

What you'll do

• Track on-chain strategies and model sustainable yield opportunities across EVM and Solana ecosystems;
• Perform due diligence on TVL deals and trading opportunities and present findings in clear, investor-ready memos;
• Drive our business development efforts for on-chain vault products: engage with protocols, secure incentives, and explore co-marketing opportunities;
• Research new DeFi protocols and analyze their mechanics, risk frameworks, and economic models;
• Interface with our quant, tech, and investment team members to bring deals and strategies from concept to execution;
• Knowledge sharing: Summarize complex protocol designs for less-technical stakeholders;
• Engage with investors, assisting in fundraising and providing strategy-level explanations when needed.

Preferred skills

• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, incentive design, and yield mechanics;
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to produce clear, actionable output;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Familiarity with multisig wallets, on-chain workflows, and DeFi execution environments;
• Experience with on-chain data tools; basic coding (Python/SQL) is a plus;
• Based in Amsterdam or open to relocation.
